Recruit and onboard real pros across our 8 trades, replacing placeholder accounts with live contractors
Be the first point of contact for onboarding friction and Pro Lead Marketplace questions
Build local relationships — trade groups, campus programs, referrals — to keep the pipeline full
Report weekly: pros onboarded, active vs. dormant, lead claim rates by trade

Role 02

Run the 5-theme weekly calendar — FRI, Pro, QoD, Behind the Build, Local — across company and founder channels
Adapt existing templates, keep the tracker current, flag what's working
Light community management — comments, DMs, tagging local partners

For someone consistent more than "creative" — the system already exists, this role runs it.

→ Expect a minimum weekly time commitment — we'll define this together based on the role.

→ Revenue share is reviewed on a set cadence, not indefinite by default.

→ A path to equity or a paid role exists once revenue supports it — we'll be upfront about where things stand.

→ Attribution is tracked cleanly — referral codes, UTM links, logged activity — so payouts are never a guessing game.
