YSKAIPE · Cornelius, North Carolina · Between the handshake and the seat
Not everyone can go all-in. Some people we still want in.
How We Work is the whole pitch and the whole deal. The Endgame is a twelve-seat room, and seats are earned, not offered. This is the track between the two — real missions, real pay, a real dashboard, and a filter that runs on delivery instead of promises.
The Flex Track
Scoped missions on the three keys. Deliver, and the track climbs.
The Endgame
Read aloud, in the room, to the people building it.
Fit isn't failure.
Some people we genuinely like — sharp, honest, respected in their world — whose season of life doesn't match the vigor the core twelve runs at. Full domains, full accountability, small early checks. That's a specific bet, and it's not everyone's bet. The Flex Track exists so "not the core" doesn't have to mean "not involved." One rule carries over unchanged from How We Work: Win-Win or no deal. If a mission doesn't pay you and move YSKAIPE, we don't run it.
Every flex mission turns one of three keys.
YSKAIPE grows on exactly three inputs: homeowners requesting jobs, QoD workers completing them, and Pros buying exclusive leads. Every flex program maps to one key — if a mission doesn't turn a key, it doesn't exist.
Bring the demand
Put the Fair Rate Index in front of people who own homes.
- Neighborhood referrer — your link in HOA threads, Nextdoor, and group chats you're already in.
- Realtor connector — warm intros to agents who hand your link to every closing.
- Event presence — one farmers market or home show per month, QR codes on the table.
Staff the everyday jobs
Keep escrowed, instantly-priced work moving to reliable hands.
- Campus scout — recruit dependable task workers at Davidson, UNCC, CPCC.
- First-job concierge — walk a new worker through claim, complete, get paid, once.
- Quality spotter — photo-verify finished jobs in your zip codes.
Bring the trades
Put exclusive, never-shared leads in front of licensed Pros.
- Trade connector — intro one contractor you'd hire yourself. That's the whole mission.
- Supply-house presence — cards and conversations where Pros already stand in line.
- Onboarding wingman — sit with a new Pro through their first lead purchase.
Everyone gets a dashboard. Everyone gets a link.
Your referral link is your name on the work
Every homeowner, worker, or Pro who arrives through your link is tagged to you — permanently. No screenshots, no "I sent them, trust me." The link is the receipt.
Your dashboard is the scoreboard
Clicks, signups, jobs completed, leads purchased, and your share — live. Same-month math, same as the core deal: when your people produce revenue, you get paid that month.
Missions are scoped, dated, and paid on result
Every mission is one sentence, one deadline, one payout — written before you start. "Intro two licensed HVAC Pros by the 30th; $X per Pro who buys a first lead." No retainers, no hourly, no vibes.
Flex means flex
One mission a quarter or three a month — your call, your season. The track doesn't punish a slow month. It just doesn't reward one either.
Nobody gets fired from the Flex Track. The scoreboard does the weeding.
We don't chase, we don't schedule check-ins, and we don't audition enthusiasm. The dashboard shows delivered missions and revenue tagged to your link — and that number is the only conversation.
Deliver, and the next mission is bigger and the split is better. Go quiet, and nothing bad happens — your link stays live, the door stays open. You just stay exactly where you are. Time-wasters cost us nothing here, and sandbaggers out themselves by standing still on a track built to be climbed.
Declared intentions earn nothing. Delivered missions earn everything.
No meetings you don't need. Your dashboard is the status update.
Every payout is written before the work starts — both directions.
Character still counts. One dishonest move ends the track — the only way off it.
The track leads somewhere. Every gate is on the scoreboard.
Flex
Link + dashboard + first mission
Everyone starts here — one scoped mission on one key, paid on result.

Standing missions + better splits
You've proven the pattern. Now you hold a repeating lane — a campus, a corridor, a trade — with a written share of everything it produces.
The room
The Endgame conversation
Seats in the twelve open rarely, and they're filled from this track first. If your scoreboard makes the case, you hear the Endgame read aloud — and we talk about a domain of your own.
Start the track
One text gets you a link, a dashboard, and a first mission.
Tell us which key fits your world — homeowner, QoD, or Pro — and where you already have reach. We'll write the first mission together, with the payout on paper before you lift a finger.
