YSKAIPE is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSKAIPE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to contractor disputes, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss based on our estimates.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of YSKAIPE shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which in most cases is zero, as YSKAIPE is currently free to use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
