YSKAIPE ("we," "us," "our") is a home services cost intelligence platform based in North Carolina. Our mission is to give every homeowner the knowledge they need to make fair, informed decisions about home repair and improvement — without being taken advantage of.

We collect only what's necessary to deliver your quote and improve our service:
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, contractor account credentials, or any sensitive personal data.
We will never use your information to target you with advertising, sell you additional services without your consent, or share identifiable data with third parties for marketing purposes.
YSKAIPE uses Claude, Anthropic's AI, as our core intelligence engine. When you submit a quote request, your job description is sent to Anthropic's API to generate pricing and DIY guidance. This data is processed under Anthropic's privacy policy and is not used to train their models without consent. We chose Claude because Anthropic's commitment to safe, honest, and beneficial AI aligns directly with YSKAIPE's mission of transparency and consumer protection. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "most common job types in NC") for industry reporting or product improvement. This data cannot be traced back to any individual.
The only circumstances under which we would share identifiable information:
We use minimal, functional cookies only — no advertising trackers, no third-party behavioral tracking pixels. We use anonymized analytics to understand general usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting the core functionality of YSKAIPE.
Quote data submitted without an email address is not stored after your session ends. If you provide an email for quote delivery, we retain your quote data for 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing gr8@yskaipe.com.
