Nick Conenna is the Founder & Developer of YSKAIPE — a platform that turns natural language prompts into coordinated human-AI teams ("Pods") for executing real projects.

Drawing from applied AI, blockchain, and practical systems, Nick builds tools that enable effective human-AI collaboration while prioritizing freedom, sovereignty, and sustainable execution.

Earlier work included founding a land development company and deep involvement in Bitcoin — focused on simple HODLing, staying active in the community, and constantly knowing the fundamentals.

Permaculture Food Forest • Regenerative Land Project

Transforming a steep, rhododendron-dominated ridge (215 Edmisten Road / Ski Mountain Rd, ~3,500–4,000 ft elevation) into a private mountain sanctuary, glamping-ready retreat, and thriving native food forest in the High Country of North Carolina.

Phase 1 infrastructure completed hands-on: drilled a 400-foot deep well for reliable water supply, massive terracing/earthwork to tame the steep slopes, new driveways for year-round access, and hand-built wooden walkways/platforms — all integrated with the natural landscape.

True zero-mile sustainability: every rock excavated (ancient Blowing Rock Gneiss, slate variants, and metamorphic fragments) is immediately repurposed into dry-stack retaining walls, crushed-stone paths, erosion-control features, and hugelkultur mounds to build soil fertility and microclimates.

Native Food Forest & Permaculture in Action

Already established: dense Great Laurel thickets (ecological anchors for pollinators and erosion control), Fraser Firs (fragrant structure and wildlife habitat), oaks/hickories (nuts), serviceberry, wild blueberries, elderberry, ramps, wild strawberries, and more layered natives.

Expanding This Spring:
Pawpaw, Elderberry, Serviceberry, American Hazelnut, Spicebush, Highbush Blueberry, Ramps, Wild Strawberry

Terraced Veggie Complements:
Kennebec Potatoes, Kale, Collards, Brussels Sprouts, Carrots, Beets, Broccoli — all cool-season hardy for short mountain summers.
